Content that earns rankings, citations, and replies.
Search engines and AI tools reward content written by someone who knows the subject and says something specific. I plan it, write it, and design the pieces around it, so your site keeps earning attention between campaigns.
Generic content is free now. Specific content is what gets found.
AI can produce a thousand words on any topic, which is exactly why Google and AI answer engines have stopped rewarding it. What still works is first-hand detail, real examples, and a clear structure, published on a schedule.
Built on search data
Every piece starts from what your customers actually search and ask, mapped to a page that should answer it.
Written, not generated
I research, interview you, and write. Drafts carry your examples and opinions, which is what makes them worth citing.
Structured to be quoted
Direct answers up top, question-led headings, FAQs with schema. The format that earns featured snippets and AI citations.
Creative that matches
Featured images, graphics, and page layouts in your brand, so the work looks as considered as it reads.
Strategy, writing, and creative under one roof.
Three services that most clients combine into a monthly content program.
01Content strategy
A topic map built from keyword and AI-search research, organized into pillar pages and supporting posts, with an editorial calendar your team can keep.
- Keyword and question research
- Topic clusters and pillar page plan
- Editorial calendar and briefs
- Content audit of what you already have
02Writing: articles and page copy
Blog posts, guides, service pages, and case studies, researched and written to rank and to read well. Each piece includes SEO fields, internal links, and FAQ schema.
- Long-form articles and guides
- Service and location page copy
- Case studies and customer stories
- Yoast fields, internal linking, and schema on every piece
03Creative and design
Featured images, charts, comparison graphics, and simple page layouts in your brand, so content is scannable and looks like it belongs to you.
- Branded featured and in-body images
- Charts and comparison graphics
- Downloadable checklists and one-pagers
- Landing page layout and copy
From blank calendar to a publishing habit.
Research
Search and AI-answer research, a look at competitors, and an interview with you about what customers really ask.
Plan
Topic map, priorities, and a calendar sized to what you can review, usually two to four pieces a month.
Produce
Briefs, drafts, images, and SEO fields, delivered for review with a short note on the angle and sources.
Publish and measure
Staged in WordPress for your approval, published, then tracked for rankings, AI citations, and leads.
Everything a content program needs.
- Keyword, question, and AI-search research
- Topic cluster and pillar page plan
- Editorial calendar and content briefs
- Researched, human-written articles and page copy
- Branded images and graphics for each piece

Content and creative FAQs
Do you use AI to write the content?
I use AI tools for research, outlining, and checking my own drafts, the way I would use a capable assistant. The writing, examples, and opinions are mine or yours, because that is what search engines and AI answer engines reward and what readers can tell the difference on.
How many posts a month do I need?
Two well-researched pieces a month, published consistently, outperform eight thin ones. Most Charlotte businesses start there and add pieces as topics prove out.
Can you write about a technical or regulated industry?
Yes, with your input. I interview you or your subject expert, cite primary sources, and send drafts for factual review before anything is published.
Will the content be optimized for SEO and AI search?
Every piece ships with a focus keyword, title and meta description, internal links, question-led headings, and FAQ schema. The structure follows the same checklist I publish on this site.
Do you handle publishing in WordPress?
Yes. Pieces are staged as drafts in your WordPress with images and SEO fields in place. You review, and I publish on your approval.
